Ronald Stam

Ronald Stam has extensive experience in HR administration and payroll, currently serving as Manager HR Administration, Payroll & Lease at Damen since July 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing payroll processing and HR management. Prior to this role, Ronald held various positions at Interfisc Group from November 2007 to June 2017, including Manager Payroll Nederland and Account Manager Payroll, focusing on cross-border payroll administration for employees in the Netherlands and neighboring countries. Further experience includes serving as a Salarisadministrateur at W+R detachering and Serin bv, where administrative procedures were established and salary administration was managed. Ronald began a career in retail as a part-timer at Praxis from 1995 to 2000 and holds a VPS degree in Payroll from Markus Verbeek Praehep (2011-2012).
