Rutger Dolk

Rutger Dolk currently serves as the Managing Director of Damen Technical Cooperation, a position held since August 2020, focusing on enabling yard operations across key markets including Brazil, USA, Vietnam, South Africa, and Japan. Prior to this role, Rutger was the Commercial Manager at Damen Yachting from January 2018 to October 2020, specializing in the luxury yachting segment. Rutger's extensive experience at Damen Shipyards Group includes positions such as Area Sales Manager, Design and Proposal Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Purchaser from September 2011 to January 2018, managing various commercial and technical projects primarily in Brazil, Guyana, and Surinam. Earlier professional experience includes a graduate role at SBM Schiedam and design coordination in the offshore sector. Rutger holds an MSc in Offshore Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with a minor in Turning Technology into Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
