Sebastiaan Polkamp

Sebastiaan Polkamp is an experienced Project Director specializing in digital transformation, smart ships, and smart manufacturing at Damen since April 2022. With a strong background in multidisciplinary offshore installation projects, Sebastiaan previously worked at Boskalis from August 2008 to April 2022, overseeing significant projects such as the Aasta Hansteen and Cheviot Transport & Installation. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer in the offshore sector, along with consulting and project management positions at various maritime organizations. Sebastiaan holds a Master of Arts in Computational Science from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
