Willem Holtrop

Willem Holtrop has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Account Manager Services for North America and Team Lead for Part Sales in the Americas at Damen since August 2016. Previously, Willem held roles such as Team Lead for Part Sales on a global scale, Account Manager Services in West Africa, and Project Engineer Services in West Africa. Prior to Damen, Willem worked at Royal Wagenborg from September 2013 to August 2016 as a Second Engineer and Third Engineer. Early experience includes a traineeship in the Technical Department at AEB Amsterdam. Willem holds a Bachelor of Maritime Operations from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has furthered professional development with certifications in Human Resource Management, Professional Negotiation, Leadership, and Consultative Selling.
