Andrew Darfoor

Andrew was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman in 2021. In addition to his work with Damhurst, Andrew is also Independent Non Executive Director at the Hartford, Senior Advisor Helios Investment Partners and a Trustee/Board Director at World Vision UK. Prior to embarking on a rich plural career, Andrew was Group CEO of Alexander Forbes, and before that CEO at Sun Life and Old Mutual in New York, Boston and London. Andrew has a long track record for driving growth and performance, upscaling customer propositions and bringing clear thinking to businesses strategy.

Recognized by CEO Today as a leading CEO in the Winners Edition (2017). Andrew received his MBA from Cranfield, has attended Advanced Management programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. He is a Qualified accountant and a member of the Securities and Investment Institute.
