As a Director at Damhurst, James is responsible for leading a client’s assignment from beginning to end. He began his career broking at Alexander Forbes and Heath Lambert before moving into insurance executive search over a decade ago.
Prior to Damhurst being founded in 2016, James was Head of London and Partner at Eliot Partnership. Throughout his head hunting career, he has worked on a number of senior leadership and board level assignments in London, New York, Bermuda, and more broadly across Continental Europe and the Middle East.
