Kenneth Dante Murena

Kenneth Dante Murena is a seasoned business litigator and trial lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Damian | Valori | Culmo since September 2007, focusing on complex commercial litigation, securities, commodities and consumer fraud litigation, as well as bankruptcy trustee representation and creditors' rights. Previously, Kenneth held positions as an Executive Committee Member at Friends of New World Symphony, Managing Member at Murena & Perez LLC, and Senior Associate at Tew Cardenas LLP, specializing in similar areas of law across both state and federal courts. Kenneth began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Hyman, Jr. at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and has pursued additional legal education at Georgetown University Law Center.
