Hisham Hakami

Hisham Hakami has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hisham is currently serving as the Vice President at Dammam Airports Company (DACO) since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SABIC, a multinational chemical company, where they held several roles. From July 2022 to December 2022, they were the Director of Strategic Growth. Additionally, from May 2018 to December 2022, they served as the Technical Director at SABIC. Hisham also worked at SABIC Petrokemya, where they held the position of Technical Director from August 2020 to June 2022. Before their time at SABIC, they had a significant tenure at AR-RAZI - SABIC. From February 2015 to July 2020, they were the Senior Manager of Operation, leading the Methanol Production Plants. Hisham also held various managerial positions within the company, including Senior Manager of Control System Department and Manager of Technical Support. At AR-RAZI - SABIC, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for project management, employee development, and implementing effective systems processes. Hisham also served as the Section Head of TQM & IDP, where they managed the company's Quality Management System and promoted learning and development. Furthermore, they started their career at AR-RAZI - SABIC in the Systems Engineering/Technical Support Department, where they were involved in process control, troubleshooting, and software modifications. With their vast experience and expertise, Hisham Hakami has demonstrated their ability to lead and contribute to the success of various organizations.

Hisham Hakami completed their high school education at Al-Namothajeiah School from 1985 to 1997. Hisham then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, graduating in 2002. In 2014, they enrolled in the Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) program at the same university, which they completed in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Hisham obtained several certifications including ISO 14001:2004 International Lead Auditor Certification, OHSAS 18001:2007 International Lead Auditor Certification, and ISO 9001:2008 International Lead Auditor Certification from IRCA (Internatioa Rigister Certificated Auditor) in 2010 and 2009 respectively.
