Harleen Lamba

Harleen Lamba has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Harleen is currently a member of the CTA Executive Committee at Corporate Tax Association since June 2022. In 2023, they will be joining the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) as the Head of Group Tax. Prior to that, they held positions at Transurban, where they served as the Head of Tax for Transurban Queensland & Governance from an unspecified time until 2023, and also worked as a Tax Manager from 2015 to 2020. Before their time at Transurban, they worked at KPMG in a tax role from 2013 to 2014, and at Lend Lease Primelife as a Senior Tax Advisor from 2008 to 2013.

Harleen Lamba has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Melbourne Business School. Harleen also studied Tax Law/Taxation at Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. Additionally, they pursued Japanese Studies at Hokuriku Gakuin University. Their undergraduate education was focused on Accounting & Finance/Japanese, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Modern Languages from the University of Melbourne. Harleen Lamba also holds certifications such as CPA from CPA Australia, Mental Health First Aid Officer and certifications in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from St Johns Ambulance, and a certification from The Tax Institute in Australia.
