Award-winning damp and mould remediation for social housing, delivered through female-led pods trusted by tenants in occupied homes.

Dampsafe Ltd supports housing providers with fast, evidence-led and tenant-focused damp and mould services. We help landlords, housing associations and property teams respond quickly, protect homes, support residents and maintain clear compliance evidence.

Our services include damp and mould remediation, same-day reporting, photographic evidence, close-out documentation and clear resident communication.

Our female-led pod model is central to how we work. Small, dedicated teams operate respectfully inside occupied homes, where trust and reassurance matter. This approach is especially valued by tenants who may feel anxious, vulnerable, neurodivergent, overwhelmed, or uncomfortable letting contractors into their home.

Our teams explain the work, listen to concerns, work calmly and leave homes feeling cleaner, safer and more manageable. This helps improve access, build resident trust and gives housing providers confidence that work is being delivered professionally and sensitively.

Our operatives are trained in COSHH, PPE, RPE and tenant-first communication, supported by toolbox talks, quality checks and compliance refreshers.

Based in Bournemouth, with coverage across Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey, London and surrounding areas, Dampsafe supports housing providers responding to damp, mould, Awaab’s Law readiness and resident safety challenges.

Built on more than 20 years of property service experience and shaped by lived understanding of SEND, neurodiversity and vulnerable households.

Clean. Dry. Safe.
