Christian Damstra

Christian Damstra is currently the CEO of Damstra Technology in Brisbane, Australia. Christian has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across a variety of industries.

Christian began their career in the electrical trade, working at the Anglo Coal Drayton Mine from 1993 to 1997. Christian then transitioned into a role as an electrical and project consultant with Cridam Pty Ltd. From 1998 to 2002, Christian was responsible for project planning, dragline and CHPP shutdown planning and supervision, and daily electrical planning at Drayton Coal NSW.

In 2003, Christian became the General Manager of Damstra Mining Services. Christian was responsible for labour hire and recruitment, HR management, technology implementation, contract management, sales and marketing for the company. After three years in this role, they transitioned to Programmed Skilled Workforce where they served as the General Manager of Technology Solutions from 2006 to 2016. In this role, Christian was responsible for business operations, technology and solution design, project implementation, employee management, sales management, multiple IT systems and infrastructure control, and Kronos system implementation. Christian also managed budgets and negotiated contracts.

In 2016, Christian became the CEO of Damstra Technology. Christian has led the company to become a global provider of integrated workforce management solutions. Under their leadership, the company has won multiple awards for its innovative products and services.

Christian Damstra completed a diploma at TAFE NSW.
