Matt Cumner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt most recently worked as a Service Delivery & Operations Engineer at Damstra Technology since April 2020. Prior to that, they were a Service Delivery Specialist at Iron Mountain from April 2019 to March 2020. Matt has also held customer service roles at EB Games Australia, Bupa, and Telstra between 2017 and 2019. Before that, they worked as a Store Manager/Sales Consultant at Allphones and as a Store Officer at Coles. Matt began their career as a Meat Processor at NOLAN MEATS PTY. LTD.

Matt Cumner attended James Nash State High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Year 12 Certificate. As for additional certifications, they completed various courses on LinkedIn in August 2021. These include "ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look," "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4," "Learning ITIL®," and "Learning Lean IT."
