Rachel Ennis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachel is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America, a position they began in October 2022. Prior to this, Rachel was the President/Director of MediaWise Marketing Strategies since January 2010. Rachel also served as the Director of Marketing at Coldwell Banker Heritage, Dayton, from March 2018 to October 2022. Rachel worked as a Marketing Manager at LexisNexis from May 2016 to September 2017. Rachel held the position of VP Marketing at both Ozion Brands and Drinkos from October 2014 to February 2016 and October 2014 to October 2015, respectively. Rachel's earlier experience includes being a Media Strategist at Instant Tax Service from December 2006 to December 2013 and a Communications Coordinator at Elizabeth's New Life Center from June 2003 to January 2007. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in media planning, buying, and execution, as well as community communication strategies and advertising campaign management.
Rachel Ennis began their education at Ridgeville Christian from 1985 to 1998. Rachel then attended Lee University from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued a field of study in Communications. Finally, they attended Wright State University from 2000 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Dan Beard Council, BSA
The mission of the Dan Beard Council is to prepare the over 30,000 young people in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The Dan Beard Council is the administrative body of the the Boy Scouts of America in the Greater Cincinnati area. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the council operations are completed funded by the Friends of Scouting annual giving campaign, corporate sponsorships, the popcorn sale, activity revenue, and the United Way. Funding is used for program delivery in the form of camp operations, the Scout Achievement Center, professional and support staff, and the many Scouting events held throughout the council each year.
