Dan Beard Council, BSA
Sheri Greenlee has extensive experience in administrative support, primarily with the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America, since September 1989, serving as Executive Assistant to the Scout Executive/CEO and previously as Registrar. Responsibilities included coordinating Board and Executive Committee meetings and processing applications for youth and adults. Prior to this role, Sheri worked at MacKenzie & Peden, PSC as a Secretary supporting attorneys, and at Grant Thornton as a Tax Secretary providing support to the Tax Department. Sheri began their career at the Dan Beard Council in various positions, including Development Secretary and Receptionist. Educational qualifications include an Associate degree in Secretarial studies from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and a high school diploma from Colerain High School.

The mission of the Dan Beard Council is to prepare the over 30,000 young people in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The Dan Beard Council is the administrative body of the the Boy Scouts of America in the Greater Cincinnati area. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the council operations are completed funded by the Friends of Scouting annual giving campaign, corporate sponsorships, the popcorn sale, activity revenue, and the United Way. Funding is used for program delivery in the form of camp operations, the Scout Achievement Center, professional and support staff, and the many Scouting events held throughout the council each year.
