Field Operations Team

The Field Operations Team at the Dan Beard Council is responsible for implementing and overseeing scouting programs and activities across the Greater Cincinnati area. This team collaborates with local districts to ensure effective delivery of educational and recreational scouting experiences, supports volunteer leaders, and engages with community partners to promote the organization’s mission and values. Additionally, they manage camp operations and facilitate events that enable young people to thrive as ethical and morally grounded individuals.
