Cathy Hall

Cathy Hall is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and legal compliance. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Divers Alert Network since November 2019, Cathy is responsible for enhancing the organization's HR policies and programs. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as a Human Resources Consultant and held the position of Human Resources Manager at WorkSmart, overseeing HR functions and partnering with leadership to address talent and organizational challenges. Additionally, Cathy served as a consultant during the transition of Regado Biosciences to Tobira Therapeutics and was instrumental in establishing the Human Resources Department at Regado Biosciences. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Personnel and Organizational Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
