Julianna Osorio

Julianna Osorio has a strong background in configuration management and project management. Julianna started their career in 2010 at Deloitte, where they worked as a Project Manager/Coordinator for various development and sustainment programs at Defense Health Clinical System (DHCS). Julianna also served as a Configuration Manager and Process Lead during their time at Deloitte.

In 2013, Julianna joined DAn Solutions as a CM Manager. In this role, they led the Configuration Management Team and was responsible for developing and executing configuration management processes for the Defense Health Agency's Program Executive Office Defense Health Management System (PEO DHMS). Julianna played a crucial role in implementing an end-to-end configuration and change management program that was fundamental to the client's mission of Electronic Health Record modernization and interoperability.

Julianna was involved in various tasks such as designing and implementing change request workflows, developing CM policies and processes, conducting training sessions for staff, and providing daily support for CM tools and processes. Julianna also managed change requests for DHMS systems/software, infrastructure, documentation, and requirements. Additionally, they facilitated and administered Enterprise and Program level Change Control Boards.

Julianna Osorio attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development from the College of Health And Human Development. Additionally, during their time at Penn State University, they pursued two minors. First, they completed a minor in Security and Risk Analysis from the College of Information Sciences and Technology. Julianna also completed a minor in Sociology from the Department of Sociology, Crime, Law, and Justice.

In terms of certifications, Julianna Osorio obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in October 2010.
