Dana is an AI-powered team member built for hotels. She joins your staff and starts working from day one, handling guest communications, managing reservations, processing upsells, coordinating operations and collecting real-time feedback. Just like your best employee, only she never takes a day off.

We started in a small hotel. We did everything ourselves. Front desk, reservations, guest requests, housekeeping, maintenance, late-night messages. We lived the daily reality of hospitality and understood one thing clearly: when the team is buried in operations, guest experience suffers.

That's why we built Dana. She takes on the heavy lifting. The endless messages, reservation management, cross-department coordination. All so your team can focus on what truly matters: high-touch, face-to-face service, where it counts.

With Dana, hotels don't just operate more efficiently. They operate better. Service is faster, more personal and more consistent. Every guest feels like the only guest. Every request is handled with care. Every touchpoint becomes an opportunity to elevate the experience.

Dana works side by side with your team, synced with every department, connected directly to your PMS and hotel systems. She sells rooms, closes upsells, resolves requests and delivers insights, all while your team stays one step ahead.

We believe great hospitality is measured by one thing: how the guest feels. Dana exists to make sure that feeling is exceptional. Every time, for every guest, at every hotel we work with.
