Danielle Staley

Danielle Staley is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as National Sales Consultant and Fit Specialist Manager for Dana-co LLC since April 2017, Danielle is responsible for coaching and developing a team of Retail Coordinators/Fit Specialists to achieve sales goals and optimize account support. Prior to this role, Danielle spent nearly a decade at Nordstrom, where leadership positions included Regional Manager of the Fit Specialist Team and Store Manager, overseeing over $30 million in sales and managing hundreds of employees across multiple locations. Danielle is known for promoting internal talent, enhancing sales training programs, and driving significant sales growth through collaboration with various teams. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University, earned in 2007.
