Mohsen Andishgar

Mohsen Andishgar began their work experience in 2013 as a Trainee at PEDEX. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Junior Drilling Fluid Engineer, responsible for mixing, maintaining, and testing drilling fluids on rig sites. During this time, they also conducted pilot testing and troubleshooting for drilling problems. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Senior Drilling Fluid Engineer at PEDEX, monitoring and managing contractor performance and making recommendations for technical and safety improvements. In 2023, they joined Dana Energy in the role of Senior Drilling Fluid Engineer.

Mohsen Andishgar obtained a Master's Degree in Drilling Engineering from the Islamic Azad University of Omidiyeh, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they acquired the IWCF level 2 certification from the National Iranian Drilling Company in July 2020.
