Samuel Martin

Samuel Martin, CPA, CFE, currently serves as COO and CFO at Dana Estates Winery, where responsibilities include managing accounting and customer service teams, developing budgets, and overseeing financial performance for multiple organizations under Kodo Inc. Previously, Samuel held the role of Financial Controller at ANF Pet Inc., providing financial oversight to the international parent corporation and preparing monthly financial reports. Between 2005 and 2015, Samuel was a Partner at Brotemarkle, Davis & Co LLP, where auditing services were delivered to a diverse range of clients, particularly in the wine industry. Earlier, Samuel worked as a CPA at Landucci, Bick, Matter & Johnston LLP, focusing on tax projections and financial statements. Samuel holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
