Vickie McMurchie

Vickie McMurchie currently serves as the President and Executive Director of the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center since February 2020, bringing extensive experience in leadership and organizational management. Previously, Vickie held the role of Director of Development at the Orange County Academy of Sciences and Arts, and served as the Marketing & Special Events Manager for Outlets at San Clemente. Vickie's earlier tenure at the Dana Point Chamber included responsibilities as Senior Manager for Operations, where day-to-day management and online marketing initiatives were key focuses. Vickie has also contributed to the Surfrider Foundation in various capacities, including Community & Events Manager and Office Manager, enhancing fundraising and community engagement efforts. An educational background in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of the Pacific further supports Vickie's professional qualifications.
