Carl Dousy

Carl Dousy is an experienced engineer with a strong background in hydraulics and drivetrain systems. Currently serving as Lead Engineer for Verification and Validation at Dana Incorporated since July 2014, Carl leads efforts in innovative e-Propulsion systems. Prior to this role, Carl worked as a Hydraulic Systems Specialist at ALTEN BELGIUM from December 2010 to June 2014, contributing to hydrostatic transmissions within Dana Spicer Off-Highway. Carl's experience includes a research assistant position at Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen from October 2006 to November 2010, focusing on energy efficiency in mobile equipment and industrial application optimization. Carl holds an engineering degree in electromechanics from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, completed in 2006.
