With extensive experience in aftermarket sales, strategy, and operations, Dan has overseen the transformation of pricing structures and global distribution in their roles at Dana. Prior to their tenure at Dana, Dan held key positions at IAC Group, where effective program management led to successful launches and strengthened relationships with major Asian OEM customers. Additionally, experience at Lear Corporation involved managing global metals programs, achieving substantial contracts, and overseeing significant revenue platforms. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
