Jesse Codjoe

Jesse Codjoe is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Dana Incorporated since January 2020, including Human Resources Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Associate. Prior to this, Jesse worked at The University of Toledo from August 2012 to January 2020, serving in multiple capacities such as Graduate Assistant Hall Director in Residence Life, where oversight included managing approximately 110 Village and Resident Advisors and 80 Front Desk Staff. With a strong foundation in fostering student-centered environments and crisis management, Jesse also held roles as a Resident Advisor, Desk Worker, and Bridge Resident Advisor. Jesse holds a Master of Business Administration with dual majors in Human Resources Management and International Business, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, both from The University of Toledo.
