John Geddes

John Geddes is a finance executive with extensive experience in capital market transactions, cash management, acquisition funding, and risk management. Currently serving as VP & Treasurer at Dana Incorporated since August 2017, John oversees global debt management, including bond issuance, debt covenant monitoring, and risk analysis. Prior to Dana, John held various roles at Whirlpool Corporation from 2001 to July 2017, including Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treasury, where responsibilities also encompassed tax planning and financial oversight. Additional experience includes senior managerial positions at Yum! Brands and Deere & Company. Academic qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
