Jon Strausbaugh

Jon Strausbaugh currently serves as the Senior Applications Engineering Manager at Dana Incorporated, a position held since June 2014, following several roles including Engineering Manager and Lead Application Engineer. In this capacity, Jon has successfully launched the JL rear axle program while leading cross-functional teams through design, development, and issue resolution. Previous experience includes positions as Chassis Engineer at Roush Industries, where responsibilities encompassed program management for military prototypes and heavy trucks, as well as engineering roles at the Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station, contributing to various problem-solving initiatives. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, completed in 2010.
