Lisa Amend

Lisa Amend has a strong legal background with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Lisa began their career as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, where they represented employers in various labor and employment law cases and provided legal research and writing services. Lisa then joined Dana Corporation as a Legal Counsel, focusing on labor and employment law matters, providing advice to human resources and other managers, and managing employment litigation. After their time at Dana Corporation, they returned to Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP as Of Counsel and continued to handle labor and employment law cases. Lisa then joined Marathon Petroleum Corporation as a Senior Attorney and later became the Managing Counsel for Human Resources. In their most recent role, Lisa is currently the VP, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Dana Incorporated. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in labor and employment law, including compliance, litigation, and providing strategic legal advice.

Lisa Amend completed their Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 1991 to 1994. Lisa then pursued an Executive MBA from Bowling Green State University, which they completed between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, Lisa obtained a B.A. degree in English and History from Miami University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990.
