Matthew Eaglen

Matthew Eaglen is an experienced professional in the off-highway drive and motion systems sector, currently serving as the General Manager for Americas at Dana Incorporated since March 2015. Eaglen has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Sales, Director for Global Mining Segments, and Global Lead for Off-Highway Electrification Sales & Strategy. Prior to Dana, Eaglen worked at PPG Industries for nearly eight years, focusing on profitable sales growth and market development in the industrial coatings sector, while managing operations, supply chain, and regional sales. Eaglen began a career in the United States Air Force as a Nuclear Missile Officer from July 2004 to July 2007, responsible for the maintenance and operation of Minuteman III ICBMs. Eaglen holds an MBA from Penn State University and has completed a Leadership program at INSEAD.
