Michael Crossk is the Lead in Packaging Engineering at Dana Incorporated, where they focus on developing and implementing packaging solutions to ensure operator safety and product quality. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Purdue University, they have extensive experience in various engineering roles, including Senior Process Engineer at Design Systems, Inc. and Packaging Engineer at Cummins Turbo Technologies Limited. Throughout their career, Michael has emphasized the importance of optimizing processes, engaging with operators, and fostering teamwork to enhance workplace satisfaction and efficiency. Currently, they are heavily involved in the planning and launch of Material Flow and Sequencing Packaging assets for future electric vehicle production.
