Randy Frederick

Randy Frederick, MBA, has a range of work experience in various financial roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Financial Associate at Thrivent Financial for four years before transitioning to the University of Toledo as a Graduate Assistant. In 2011, Randy joined HCR ManorCare as an Accountant, where they accumulated financial results and prepared profit and loss statements. Randy also conducted research activities and provided guidance and support for operations. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Accountant and held this role until 2015. Randy then joined Welltower Inc. as a Senior Partnership Accountant, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they work at Dana Incorporated as a Senior Treasury Analyst, and as of December 2021, they hold the role of Lead Treasury Analyst.

Randy Frederick, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from The University of Toledo, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Bowling Green State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Randy holds a Series 7 certification from FINRA, which they acquired in May 2006.
