Rob Talbert is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the automotive industry and data analytics. Currently serving as the Lead Electrification Engineer at Dana Incorporated, Rob spearheads systems verification and validation for Off-Highway transmissions and leads vehicle integration projects. Previously, Rob held significant roles at Ford Motor Company, including Mustang Mach E Lead Calibrator, and was a Senior Electrified Powertrain Calibration Engineer at Roush. Rob earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from BYU-Idaho.
