Roberto Maffè

Roberto Maffè is the Senior Manager of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Dana Graziano, where they lead continuous improvement programs across four plants and oversee strategic projects. As a member of the board of directors, they focus on developing Business Intelligence tools and managing technology investments to optimize manufacturing processes. Previously, Roberto held various roles at Dana Incorporated, enhancing quality functions and leading significant transition efforts in operational management. Roberto earned a Laurea in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and has complemented their education with executive programs at INSEAD and SDA Bocconi.
