Ryan Brueckner

Ryan Brueckner has a strong background in human resources, with significant experience in leadership roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Dana Incorporated since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Joyson Safety Systems from November 2013 to March 2021. Ryan also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Takata from November 2013 to April 2018, where they led the HR function for North and South America and played a crucial role in managing various challenges like the largest recall in automotive industry history and Department of Justice investigations. Before joining Takata, Ryan Brueckner served as the Director of Human Resources at Lear Corporation from 1996 to 2013.

Ryan Brueckner earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Wisconsin Lutheran College, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Ryan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Michigan State University from 2011 to 2012.
