Santosh Tekale has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, holding key leadership roles in various companies. Santosh served as Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Magna International from January 2012 to December 2020, followed by a position as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing until September 2023. Currently, Santosh is the Assistant General Manager of Operational Excellence for Dana Incorporated in the India Region. Previous experience includes the role of Lean Specialist at Lear Corporation from December 2006 to December 2011. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Operations Management from DY Patil University, among other qualifications. Currently pursuing a CMA in Account and Finance, Santosh’s academic excellence is reflected in consistently high grades throughout educational endeavors.
