Sinclair R. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Dana Incorporated since October 2022, Sinclair previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and HR Leader for the Food Business Unit at Newell Brands. With a background that includes roles as a Labor Relations Representative at Stellantis and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, along with Human Resources Generalist positions at Valeo and USDI - Unique Systems Design, Sinclair has developed a strong foundation in HR practices. Sinclair also gained initial experience as an HR Intern at Terminal Supply Company and NEMO Capital Partners. Sinclair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing and an M.B.A. with a focus on Human Resources Management and International Business from Oakland University.
