Fabiana Arroyo Poleo

Fabiana Arroyo Poleo is currently the Marketing & Communication Manager at DANAConnect. Fabiana has previous experience working as the Sales and Marketing director at Aguas Bravas Rafting from January 2007 to December 2013 and as a Product Manager at DANAConnect from January 2004 to December 2007.

Fabiana has experience helping companies improve their communications, using cross-channel smart flows and maintaining governance over sent messages, over security and complying with industry regulations. Fabiana is a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others improve their communications.

Fabiana Arroyo Poleo has completed an Introduction to Negotiation course through Yale University in the field of Business Administration and Management. Fabiana also holds a Certificate in Managing an Agile Team from the University of Virginia, as well as a Certificate in Software Product Management Specialization from the University of Alberta. In addition, Fabiana has an Attestation in L'esprit entrepreneurial from HEC Montréal. Fabiana is also a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, having earned their International Cuisine Diploma in Culinary arts. Fabiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, as well as a Bachiller en Humanidades in Comunicación Social from Instituto Escuela. Lastly, they have a certification from Duolingo in Fluidez de Duolingo en francés: Avanzado (Estimado).
