Amy Janetsky-Smith is an accomplished IT leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Director of Associate Experience at Danaher Corporation since October 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director, Middleware and Operations at Cytiva, where significant contributions included establishing a Middleware & Integrations shared service organization and managing a $3 million budget in 2021. During the transition of Cytiva from GE Healthcare, Amy successfully delivered 400 system interfaces while optimizing database services focused on Oracle and MS SQL. Previously, Amy held senior director positions at GE, overseeing HR technology innovations and digital transformations, and played key roles in enhancing user experience across global HR portals. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Fordham University and several leadership and management courses at the Jack Welch Education Center.
