Christopher Scott

Christopher Scott is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) transactions and litigation, particularly within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for IP Transactions at Danaher Corporation since September 2021, Christopher leads IP-related aspects of M&A and strategic transactions. Previously, Christopher held the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Fresenius Medical Care, overseeing IP following the merger with NxStage Medical, where Christopher also served in a similar role. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP and Associate at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, focusing on IP matters for life sciences companies. Christopher began professional career as a Consultant at Accenture. Christopher earned a JD with honors from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
