Cindy Van Riper is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Cindy serves as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations at Danaher Corporation, where the focus is on managing enterprise talent acquisition initiatives and technologies. Prior to this role, Cindy held various leadership positions, including Director at CSRA and Manager at Deloitte, where strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition and human capital consulting were emphasized. Cindy’s career also includes significant roles at FBR, Fannie Mae, and Booz Allen Hamilton, contributing expertise in recruiting, organizational assessment, and HR strategies. Cindy holds an MA in Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University and a BA in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
