Dave Warrington

Dave Warrington is a General Manager Development Program (GMDP) member at Danaher Corporation since July 2023, participating in an accelerated leadership development initiative within a Fortune 150 corporation in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Previously, Dave served as a Regional Sales Manager for Leica Microsystems, leading sales teams across the San Francisco Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, and Texas, and held an MBA Summer Associate position at Danaher Corporation in 2022. Prior military experience includes serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from September 2015 to July 2021, culminating in the role of Company Commander, responsible for the training and professional development of 1,500 Marines. Dave holds an MBA in Management from The Wharton School, a BA in Classics & Philosophy from Georgetown University, and an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Additional academic pursuits include a DAAD Research Fellowship at Heidelberg University and language studies at Middlebury College.
