Divya B. has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Compensation Manager for Videojet Technologies at Danaher Corporation since April 2010. Divya has also held various roles including Talent Acquisition Lead and Deputy Manager of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to joining Danaher, Divya worked as a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People Possible, focusing on IT staffing for CMMi certified clients, and completed internships at Krishak Bharati Co-operative Limited and Cadence Design Systems. Divya holds an MBA in Human Resource from the Maharishi Institute of Management, earned between 2006 and 2008.
