Dustin Crumby

Dustin Crumby, RN MBA, currently serves as the Director and Danaher Business System Leader - HR at Danaher Corporation, where responsibilities include strategic HR partnership and driving process optimization. From November 2021, Dustin has also been a member of the School Board for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cytiva, where Dustin served as Director of Marketing Operations and DBS Leader, and Pall Corporation, where positions spanned from Global Training Manager to Sr. Manager of U.S. and Latin America Hospital Sales. Additional experience includes an Administrative Director role at Shriners Hospitals for Children and nursing positions at UTMB and Shriners Hospitals. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University, a BS in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch, and an AA in Humanities from College of the Mainland.
