Jason Elfenbein

Jason Elfenbein serves as the Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at Leica Biosystems-Mammotome, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation specializing in cancer diagnostics. With extensive experience in legal roles, Jason previously held the position of Senior Director, Legal and Assistant General Counsel at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, contributing to a $4 billion biomedical testing company. Prior to joining Danaher, Jason was Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at Imaging Advantage, a radiology technology and services company. Jason's legal career began at Debevoise & Plimpton as an Investment Funds Attorney, focusing on private equity transactions. Jason holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Vassar College.
