Jayesh Menon

Jayesh Menon is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including technology, luxury goods, and healthcare. Currently serving as the Global HR Vice President for Microelectronics & Pall APAC at Danaher Corporation since June 2022, Jayesh previously held significant positions at LVMH as Country General Manager and Chief Representative for Indonesia, as well as Regional Human Resources Director for Moet Hennessy in Southeast Asia and India. Other notable roles include Group Talent Acquisition Head at WSAudiology, Global Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management Leader at Micron Technology, and Regional Human Resources Director for APAC at Itron, Inc. Jayesh’s career began at Flex, where multiple HR leadership positions across Asia were held, followed by a role as a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Scope International.
