Jennifer Cody

Jennifer Cody currently serves as the Senior Manager of Community Impact at Danaher Corporation, where responsibilities include developing a global community impact strategy and fostering partnerships aligned with business priorities. Previous roles at Danaher include managing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, focusing on creating inclusive environments for middle managers and executing large-scale events for various cultural observances. Prior to Danaher, Jennifer co-founded Sidecar Post, LLC, where oversight of post-production services for high-profile clients was provided, and operated Jen Cody Photography, managing photography services and client relations. Jennifer began a career at the International Monetary Fund as a Budget Assistant. Jennifer holds a B.A. from Wellesley College in Political Science and Latin American Studies, an M.A. from Rutgers University, and is currently pursuing further studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
