Michael Levy currently serves as the Associate General Counsel for IP Litigation and Senior Counsel for M&A IP at Danaher Corporation, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Michael was the Senior Assistant General Counsel for Patents and Licensing at Bayer U.S. from September 2017 to October 2021. Michael has also held roles as a Partner at Andrews Kurth Kenyon from September 2016 to September 2017 and at Kenyon & Kenyon from October 1999 to September 2016, where Michael began as an Associate. Michael obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law between 1992 and 1995, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia from 1990 to 1992, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College from 1986 to 1990.
