Catherine Grant-Edwards is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Catherine co-founded Bellatrix Corporate Pty Ltd in September 2016, serving as Director and underscoring values of integrity, simplicity, teamwork, and excellence. Currently, Catherine holds multiple roles, including Company Secretary for Arrow Minerals Limited, Danakali Limited, and K2fly, as well as CFO and Company Secretary for Fe Limited and Kalia Limited. Catherine's previous positions include Company Secretary for Boromo Gold Limited and Cauldron Energy Limited, along with a tenure as Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory at EY.
