Melanie Moro has extensive experience in the advertising and media industry. Melanie started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Rachel McCallister & Associates in 1997, where they provided administrative and customer service support. Melanie then worked as a PR Account Executive and Recruitment Coordinator at Oxford Communication Inc from 1998 to 2000. Melanie briefly served as an Account Executive at Mary Pomerantz Advertising in 2000.

In 2001, Melanie joined Oxford Communications as a Director Media Buyer Planner and remained with the company until 2011. During their time there, they gained expertise in negotiations, strategic planning, budget management, brand-building, and networking.

Melanie then transitioned to Beacon Search Associates in 2010, where they worked as a Media/Recruiting professional until 2012. Melanie demonstrated their skills in planning, organizing, and tracking large-scale projects. Additionally, they developed strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
