Jhon L. F. Napitupulu, MM., CRP, CRMP, PFM has extensive work experience in the field of risk management. Since 2021, they have been serving as the Vice President of Risk Management at Danareksa, where they are responsible for aligning and evaluating strategic targets, initiatives, and work plans of the Risk Management Division, as well as ensuring the achievement of strategic goals. Jhon L. F. also controls, evaluates, and implements breakthroughs in strategic initiatives and work plans to ensure the achievement of all strategic goals within the Risk Management Division.

In addition, Jhon has worked as an Assessor Certified Risk Management Professional at PT. LSP Manajemen Risiko (LSPMR) since 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Risk Management & SOP Unit Head at PT Danareksa (Persero), where they made significant contributions in the areas of risk management and standard operating procedures.

Before joining Danareksa, Jhon served as a Credit Analyst & Risk Management Supervisor at PT. Verena Multi Finance Tbk. from 2013 to 2015 and as a Credit Analyst at PT. Surya Artha Nusantara Finance from 2011 to 2013.
